About the job

You are our brand advocate. In this role and together with the team, you will:

• Accompany our customers during their mesmerising Swarovski journey through our world of wonder.
• Create an emotional connection with our customers and provide a spellbinding experience.
• Encourage customers to play and discover their personal style.
• Beautifully showcase and present our legendary products.

About you

You are an ultra-chic, vibrant, boundary-pushing Stylist, bringing along:

• Experience working in a multicultural retail environment.
• Experience/keen interest in luxury fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
• A playful, bold, and creative sense of style.
• A true passion for making our customers’ desires reality.
• The art of styling a look as part of a consultation.
• Excellent and proven customer service, questioning, and listening skills.
• A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships.
