Highcross Leicester Customer Service Desk is located on the Lower Mall near JD Sports.

The Customer Service Desk opening hours are:

Monday to Friday - 09:00 till 20:00

Saturday - 09:00 till 19:00

Sunday - 11:00 till 17:00

Is Click and Collect available?

Click and Collect is available at the Customer Service Desk located on the Lower Mall near JD Sports, for collections and returns. The service is available during Customer Service desk opening times.

Customer Lockers Lockers are available for hire at Highcross Leicester. These are located in the corridor next to JD Sports on the lower mall and near the ATM opposite the 24hr lifts on the lower mall. You may use the lockers all day and keys must be returned 1 hour before the centre closes. ID required.

For more details or to hire a locker, please visit the Customer Service Desk. Lockers can only be accessed during centre opening hours, and property is left at your own risk.

Multi Faith Room Highcross offers a multi faith room for all our customers. Our multi faith room is available to those of all faiths and none, it is a space to pray, meditate, reflect and find quiet. The multi faith room can be found on our lower mall, alongside our customers facilities. At busy times this facility can become very busy. Alternative facilities can be found just a 5-minute walk away, at The City Retreat. Please speak to our customer service ambassadors for more information.
