Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

For Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re hosting a series of free, feel-good sessions designed to help you reset, recharge and try something new. Whether you’re looking to move, create or simply switch off for a while, there’s something here for everyone.

All sessions take place in the unit next to Boots at Highcross.

Spaces are limited for each session, so we recommend booking in advance.

Wed 13th May

Pilates Taster Sessions
A gentle introduction to Pilates, focused on movement, breathing and improving overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels.

African Drumming Workshop
A high-energy, interactive session using rhythm and sound to boost mood and reduce stress. No experience needed. – Book here
