Dementia Action Week

In support of Dementia Action Week, we will be joined by the Alzheimer’s society offering support and information. Dementia Advisor Hayleigh will be available for one to one support and drop in sessions on the day.

In addition you can join us for a free Dementia Friends information session, offering insight and understanding around the affects of Dementia.
