Our goal was to show that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring; it can be a vibrant, flavourful, and enjoyable part of daily life. We partnered with top foodie influencers with a passion for good food to bring Healthy Eating Week to life!

Pho: A Journey Through Vietnamese Cuisine

Pho, a Vietnamese restaurant known for its fresh ingredients and authentic dishes was the perfect place. Fancy something light yet satisfying? Pho soups are packed with herbs, lean proteins, and rice noodles perfect for a healthy treat. Don’t forget to test out their Spicy Green Soup and Chicken & Prawn flat rice noodles which were a hit with @hungryolivethetime.

Tamatanga: Bold Flavours with a Healthy Twist

@foodieleicester headed to Tamatanga, a vibrant spot offering Indian-inspired cuisine with a healthy twist. There is a huge variety of dishes that cater to different dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free options. From the wholesome daal and vegetable curries to the grilled tandoori meats, every dish was a hit. If you can't decide what to get, then go for the Thali to test out a handful of dishes!

Turtle Bay: Caribbean Vibes and Nutritious Delights

When you think of Turtle Bay you might think of cocktails and Caribbean vibes. But you cannot forget the mouth-watering dishes that transport you to a tropical paradise right on your doorstep. The menu, rich in vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and spices, was a testament to how diverse and exciting healthy eating can be. The jerk salmon with fluffy rice and the sunset superfood salad were crowd-pleasers with @foodinleicester.
