MONDAY - AUBERGINE, LENTIL AND CHICKPEA DHAL
Cherry tomatoes, coriander, toasted almonds and grilled flat bread

TUESDAY - CHICKEN MILANESE
with Parmesan salad and poached egg

WEDNESDAY - PAN FRIED SALMON FILLET
with red pepper tapenade, long stem broccoli and butterbean mash

THURSDAY - STEAK AND RAREBIT PIE
Cheddar topped pie with Bill's Beer braised steak, root veg mash and farm greens

FRIDAY - SEA BASS AND PROSECCO HOLLANDAISE
with herb rösti, capers, blanched broccoli and Cavolo Nero

SATURDAY - SLOW COOKED LAMB SHANK
with truffle mashed potatoes, king oyster mushrooms, Tuscan kale and Merlot sauce

SUNDAY - 10OZ RIB STEAK AND MERLOT
Chargrilled and served with peppercorn sauce, chips, and a 175 ml glass of Merlot
