Bill's have cooked up some delicious new dishes perfect for summer.
For starters try the Rosemary, Pea Hummus and Garlic Sourdough served with shaved raw rainbow carrots, courgette and fennel, topped with mixed seeds.
If you fancy spice, the Paprika, Garlic and Chilli Roasted Half Chicken, served with fries and spicy mayo is a must for mains. They also have a Crab and Courgette Risotto for seafood lovers and a variety of vegan and and vegetarian options too, such as the Kale, Chickpea and Miso Hummus Salad. Topped with edamame, asparagus, watermelon, pickled red onions, green chilli and toasted pistachios with an onion, parsley & lemon dressing. Ideal for a lighter bite on sunny days that's vegan too.
Remember to keep room for dessert. The mini-doughnuts have got a new strawberry makeover for summer. Dusted with strawberry sugar and served with fresh strawberries and warm white chocolate sauce. Or indulge in the Mango and Passion Fruit Eton Mess, made with chewy meringue folded with mango and cream then topped with passion fruit. An exotic twist on the British summertime classic.
