We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who has experience in retail or dealing with customer.
Experience in a management position would be ideal, or have worked as a supervisor previously. Required to work a 16hrs contract per week.
Knowledge about the outdoors, clothing and equipment would be very helpful. We are a small team so should be able to work individually and part of a team.
Job role requires:
•Delegating and assist with tasks, knowledge of outdoors, clothing, equipment
•Monitor staff performance
•Able to train and hire new staff.
•Paperwork (EOD and sales tracker)
•Shop layout and best sellers, delegating tasks.
Deal with any situation and customer requirements.
