Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for confident, adaptable individuals excited to be part of something new. You’ll receive full training to help you settle into the Maki & Ramen way and lead with confidence from day one.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager is highly preferable, or at least Restaurant Supervisor
- Organisation and time management (ability to handle admin and operational duties on a daily basis)
- Financial acumen (understanding basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis)
- Strong grasp on operational knowledge within a hospitality/restaurant context
- Adaptable to variety of task loads
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to solve issues seamlessly
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
