Coast to Coast is a premium American Restaurant and Bar. We offer our guests some of the mind blowing food that we discovered in America along with a collection of great cocktails and specially selected American craft beers.


We’re looking for an experienced chef to join our team to support the Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef in providing excellently presented food and great service. This is a fast-paced busy kitchen, high food safety and hygiene standards and a positive attitude are essential for the role.


As well as storing, preparing, cooking and serving food to company standards you will also be required to follow opening and closing procedures and carry out scheduled cleaning tasks.


What we’re looking for in our Chefs:

A great attitude, the willingness learn & develop, and the desire to deliver the ultimate guest experience.


You will be cooking dishes fresh to order following our select recipes and you’ll be trained to deliver excellent brand standard every time. Working alongside a team, but responsible for your own section within the kitchen, you will maintain the high standards of Coast to Coast whilst providing dishes that will keep our guests coming back time and time again.
