Rays famous chips come from the freshness of a home grown locally sourced Maris Piper potato, freshly cut on site. Their unique double-frying technique, results in delicious and nutritious home-made chips, crisp on the outside, and potatoey on the inside.
At Rays we recognise today's health conscious diners want healthy, good tasting food. All of our fish and chips are fried in a non-hydrogenated, no "added trans-fat" vegetable oil.
