Disabled facilities
Dedicated washrooms are available throughout the centre. The upper mall facilities include a hoist as well as a changing bench. Please use the interactive map for location details.
Motorised and manual wheelchairs are available from the Shopmobility office-a service run by the Leicester City Council. It is located on level P2 of the Highcross Rooftop Car Park, where Disabled parking bays are also available. Telephone 0116 253 2596 for information about Shopmobility.
