Hermes Real Estate has approximately £9.4 billion of property assets under management in the UK.

This includes £690 million under fund management through X-Leisure.

Hermes Real Estate operates in all of the primary markets of the retail, office and industrial sector, with over £2.4 billion invested in shopping centres located throughout the UK, either directly or in partnership with major institutions and UK property companies. This includes The Shires Leicester, Bluewater, thecentre:mk, Eagle Centre Derby, Princes Square Glasgow, Festival Place Basingstoke, and Paradise Street Liverpool. Hermes Real Estate also has substantial interests in retail parks and unit shops throughout the UK and is the largest manager (by space) of the UK outlet market, which includes Clarks Village in Street.
