Child safe shopping

Highcross is part of Child Safe, a safe shopping scheme designed to re-unite a lost child with their family as quickly as possible.

How Child Safe works

Collect a free wristband from the Customer Information desk, located on the Upper Mall outside Beaverbrook’s. Simply fill in the details including name and contact numbers and secure it to your child’s wrist.

In the event that your child goes missing, call the number displayed on the Child Safe stickers on retailer windows. This will put you in touch with security who will then alert all retailers and centre staff.
