Customer information desk
The Customer Information Desk is located on the Upper Mall near Beaverbrooks.
Our friendly Customer Information Team are on hand to help. Whether its information regarding our great line-up of stores, child safe friendly shopping, disabled facilities or help booking a taxi, the team are available from 8.30am until 8.30pm weekdays, until 7.30pm on Saturdays and from 10.30am until 5.30pm on Sundays.
Highcross offers a lost property service at the information desk. All lost property that is handed in or found is held for one month.
Boobaloo Kiddy Karts
Boobaloo Kiddy Karts are now available to hire from the Customer Information Desk. A fun alternative to a buggy or pram, the Karts are available in police car, fire engine and taxi cab designs and are suitable for children up to the age of 5.
The Karts cost £2 for the first hour, then £1 for each subsequent hour. A £10 refundable deposit is also required.
